The rules and conditions for using the ParsePop service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using ParsePop.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ParsePop (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier users, subscribers.
2. Service Description
ParsePop is a web-based SaaS that extracts structured data from invoice files (PDF and images) using AI. The extracted output is provided for informational purposes only.
Key capabilities:
- •Upload PDF or image invoice files
- •Extract structured data (seller, buyer, line items, VAT, totals, currency)
- •Download results as JSON or CSV or XML
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding agreement to use the Service.
3.2 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at huynhtrungduc.growth@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription Plans & Quotas
4.1 Available Plans
The Service is available under the following plans:
- •Free — 1 files per day, no charge
- •Base — 500 files per month at $19/month
- •Pro — 1,000 files per month at $39/month
4.2 Quota Reset
Free plan quotas reset daily (UTC). Paid plan quotas reset on the monthly anniversary of your subscription start date. Unused quota does not roll over.
4.3 Quota Enforcement
The Service enforces quotas automatically. Files submitted after your quota is exhausted will be rejected until the quota resets.
5. Payment & Billing
5.1 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Polar. By making a purchase, you also agree to Polar's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
5.2 Subscriptions
Subscription plans are billed in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to your paid quota until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.
5.3 Price Changes
We may change pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, changes take effect at the start of the next billing period after at least 14 days' notice by email.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Subscriptions
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service or encounter technical issues that we cannot resolve.
6.2 Refund Requests
To request a refund, contact us at huynhtrungduc.growth@gmail.com with your account details and the reason for the request.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Upload files you do not have the right to process
- •Attempt to circumvent quota limits or access controls
- •Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API or infrastructure
- •Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
8. Your Content
8.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of the invoice files you upload and the extracted data produced from them.
8.2 License to Process
By uploading content, you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to process it solely to deliver the Service to you.
8.3 No Permanent Storage
Uploaded invoice files are deleted from our storage within 24 hours of upload.
8.4 Data Roles
Customer is responsible for ensuring the lawful processing of data uploaded. ParsePop acts as the data processor while you remain the data controller.
9. Intellectual Property
The ParsePop platform is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on Firebase, Vercel, Google Gemini API, and Polar to operate. We are not responsible for the performance or actions of these third-party services.
11. Accuracy Disclaimer & No Professional Advice
ParsePop is a technical data extraction tool and does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Extraction results may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before use.
12. Warranties & Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We do not guarantee that output files comply with specific regulatory requirements unless explicitly stated.
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, tax penalties, business interruption, or regulatory fines.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, including excessive automated usage, API abuse, or fraud. You may close your account at any time.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
17. Dispute Resolution
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
17.2 Jurisdiction
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
19. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
20. Assignment
We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
21. Updates
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
22. Age Restriction
ParsePop is for users 18 years of age or older.
